About Us

Founded in 1977, the Turkish-American Cultural Association of Georgia (TACAGA) has been a pillar of cultural exchange, unity, and support for the Turkish-American community in Georgia. For over four decades, we have been dedicated to fostering strong connections between Turkish and American cultures, preserving our heritage, and building a vibrant, inclusive community.

At TACAGA, we proudly uphold the values and vision of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, emphasizing education, progress, and unity. Our mission is to preserve and celebrate Turkish culture while embracing the diversity of our community in Georgia. Through cultural programs, educational initiatives, and social events, we create meaningful experiences that strengthen bonds among Turkish Americans and our friends from all backgrounds.

Our organization serves as a bridge between generations, ensuring that Turkish traditions, language, and values continue to thrive while integrating into the broader American society. We take pride in organizing festivals, networking events, cultural gatherings, and educational programs that bring people together and celebrate our rich heritage.

As a non-profit organization, TACAGA thrives on the dedication of its members, volunteers, and supporters who believe in the power of community and cultural exchange. Whether you are looking to connect with fellow Turkish Americans, learn about our traditions, or participate in our events, TACAGA welcomes you to be a part of our journey.
